AGE: 15 and up (anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian also attending the course)
SKILL LEVEL: Absolutely none, well… being able to use scissors and a glue stick is helpful.
WHAT WE PROVIDE: All the supplies needed, inspirational queries, loving support and guidance
WHAT TO BRING: A willingness to listen within, let go of perfectionism, and to have fun. If you have favorite stickers or images you may want to use, bring those. You may also bring water in a sealable container and snacks if desired.
